It is common in construction of electronic devices that one needs to use display. One of the issues is how to mount display on housing. One of the ways is to create masks that serve as display mount and holder.

This is OpenSCAD script that allows creating universal mounting masks for LCD modules. It is suitable for the most popular LCD display modules used in hobby electronics.

There are number of parameters that may be set. Usually you just need to set dimensions of LCD module.

Generated 3D models can be used on any 3D printer.
